1. Why No Refunds?
“Claude Code on TradingView — The Complete Guide” is a digital product — a 251-page PDF ebook delivered instantly upon purchase. Once the file has been delivered and is available to download, it cannot be “returned.” This is standard practice for digital books and downloadable goods.
2. Preview Before You Buy
You should never have to buy blind. Before purchasing, you can:
- Look inside — real interior pages from the book are shown right on the product page.
- Full contents — the complete 9-part, 45-chapter table of contents is listed, so you know exactly what is covered.

3. If Something Goes Wrong
We will always make it right in these cases. Contact us within 14 days at support@viprasol.com if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order, or
- A technical fault prevented you from ever downloading your file.
We will re-deliver your download or correct a duplicate charge promptly.
