  • “You,” “Your” — the individual or entity purchasing or using the Products.
  • “License” — the right to use a Product as granted under these terms.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read, and print a copy of the Book for your own personal, non-commercial use.

2.1 You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, lease, sub-license, or share the Book or its files with any other person;
  • Upload the Book to any website, file-sharing service, forum, or public repository;
  • Copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of the text, code, or images as your own;
  • Use the Product for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Short quotations for review or study, with attribution to Viprasol Tech, are permitted.

3. Intellectual Property

All content in the Book — text, code samples, images, and design — is the intellectual property of Viprasol Tech and is protected by copyright. Your purchase grants a license to use the Book; it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

4. Educational Purpose & No Financial Advice

The Book is an independent educational work intended to teach concepts and workflows. It does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. Trading carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Viprasol Tech is an independent publisher. This Book is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic, TradingView Inc., or any other company whose products or trademarks are referenced. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viprasol Tech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including trading or financial losses — arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Book or its contents. No compensation will be paid for any losses.
